Blue Sky Neurosciences (Inpatient) - Neurohospitalist

A busy metropolitan Primary Stroke Center in the Denver area is seeking a neurohospitalist to join a well-established inpatient neurology service. This position offers a strong inpatient case mix, predictable scheduling, academic involvement, and a sustainable call structure.

Facility/Hospital Highlights

This is a high-volume metropolitan hospital serving a diverse urban and suburban population. The hospital is a designated Primary Stroke Center and is recognized for strong performance in stroke care, cardiovascular services, trauma, and critical care. The neurology service works closely with neurosurgery, neurointerventional radiology, cardiology, and intensive care teams to provide coordinated, multidisciplinary care.

• Inpatient neurohospitalist role with a broad neurology census
• 7-on / 7-off block schedule
• Exposure to a wide range of neurological pathology, from common consults to complex cases
• Teaching opportunities with neurology residents and medical students, providing meaningful academic engagement
• Join a collaborative team of neurologists who are actively engaged in clinical research, ongoing medical education, case conferences, and peer review to support evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth.
• Extra earning potential during your off weeks, including Telemedicine services (acute stroke, remote neurohospitalist, EEG) Teaching & administration within our ACGME-accredited residency program Participation in Vascular and PFO clinics
• Base salary: $330,000 guaranteed
• Sign-on bonus available
• Additional income opportunities available but not required
• Defined path to partnership with income growth over time, including long-term financial and leadership opportunities

Call Structure

• One night of home call per 7-day block
• Cross-coverage support for other metropolitan hospitals during that call night
• No required overnight stroke call
