Corporate - Senior Operations Manager, Implementations and Onboarding
Position Description
The Senior Operations Manager over Implementations and Onboarding is responsible for the oversight and daily operations of the onboarding and implementation departments within CarePoint Blue Sky Neurosciences (CPN). This position oversees the onboarding process for providers and the implementation process of new services, facilities, and health systems. This role will also work with internal departments and external vendors to ensure efficient operations. The Senior Operations Manager role requires developing strong relationships with clients, key business executives, and stakeholders. The Senior Operations Manager requires occasional travel to client sites for routine relationship building and service go lives.
Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Certification in project management preferred.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of previous management experience in healthcare operations required.
- Prior experience in project management is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level leadership.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple account projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages personnel and resource assignments for both onboarding and implementation functions.
- Oversees the implementation of service lines at hospitals and health systems and the onboarding of providers.
- Drives deployment and adoption of neuroscience programs, both telemedicine and inpatient.
- Directs troubleshooting for IT and access issues that arise for providers and service lines.
- Oversees client touchpoints to ensure client satisfaction with services as well as to foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Communicates and collaborates with internal CarePoint departments such as accounting, finance, IT, legal, and credentialing to complete operational and project-based tasks.
- Identifies and executes process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and service to clients and providers.
- Leads and develops a high-performing team to achieve the organization's strategic goals.
- Attends conferences and hospital site visits as needed.
- Has availability after hours for emergencies as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary
$115,000 - $130,000
