On May 1, 2022, the outpatient portion of Blue Sky Neurology will be transitioning into several new clinics as listed below. During this time of transition, we have limited availability to accommodate new patients. If you need care quickly, please reach out to your referring provider for an alternative option. If you have an existing appointment after May 1, 2022, the appointment will be automatically moved for you. New referrals will be passed along to the new clinics during the transition. If you are continuing care with your current provider, they will have access to view your past records with Blue Sky Neurology. You can call the office to opt out of this option. Yes, you can send messages via the current portal through April 29, 2022. After April 29, you can call the office to receive instructions on how to get set up on the new system.
