Medicaid Clinic

Please note, the last day for the Medicaid Clinic will be December 20, 2019.

We will have expanded capacity in 2020, allowing us to accomodate a greater number of patients in our normal scheduling process. To schedule your appointment, please call us at 303-781-4485.

The BSN Medicaid Clinic is a first-come, first-served offering for new Colorado Medicaid* patients to get same-day appointments.

Patients will be seen by either:

  • a resident neurologist and then an attending neurologist or
  • an advanced practice provider

They will recommend testing and/or treatment and if a follow up is required, the next visit will be scheduled at that time.

This same day clinic is only for new patients. Any follow up appointments after this initial visit will need to be scheduled through our normal process.

*This clinic is for Colorado Medicaid patients only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Denver Health Medicaid patients for this program.

How do I get an appointment?

Patients may sign up for their appointment at the following times. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to these times in order to secure your spot.

  • 7:30 a.m. Monday - Friday
  • 12:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday

See dates and clinic locations below.

Space for these appointments is limited. If you are unable to secure a spot, your options are to come back for the next sign up time or to contact us to set up a scheduled appointment.

What do I bring to my appointment?

Once an appointment is scheduled, patients must return at their assigned time to be seen. If the appointment is more than 2 hours away, you will need to return closer to the time of the appointment. This is so we can be courteous and respectful of all individuals coming to our clinic.

Patients MUST bring the following to be seen:
  • A copy of your referral
  • Copies of all relevant referring provider notes
  • Discs of any imaging (MRI, CT, ultrasound, etc.) performed as a work up for the current problem
  • Reports that accompany these images
  • Copies of results of any other testing performed
  • Your copay in the form of check, money order or debit/credit card

We will be unable to see patients who do not have all required documentation.

Clinics have the following scheduled Medicaid clinic weeks.
