Judd Jenson, M.D.

Beverly Gilder, M.D.

Dr. Jensen is a seasoned neurologist with over 30 years of experience in medical practice. He received his training in internal medicine at Barnes-Jewish Medical Center in St. Louis and received his training in neurology at Rush Medical Center in Chicago. In addition to his private practice in Chicago, Dr. Jensen was an Associate Professor of Neurology at Rush, a tenure which included ten years as the director of the neurology residency program. He moved to Maine in 1998 to serve patients at Penobscot Bay Medical Center. There he became involved in developing regional protocols for stroke patients as acute stroke therapies became available. He also established an anti-coagulation clinic (to manage medications such as Coumadin) to serve outpatients and those who were hospitalized or living in nursing homes. All along the way, it has been his privilege to provide medical care through short-term missions here in the US and as far away as Ethiopia and Afghanistan. Dr. Jensen, his wife, and two grown sons have enjoyed traveling to Colorado to ski for many years and are now delighted to call Denver home.
